The DNIHCF website does not currently operate a patient, staff or member sign-in. The clinical records portal has not been activated, so no DNIHCF patient account or live patient data exists in the synthetic preview. A former member-download sign-in may have created a historical authentication record.

The former member-download sign-in was retired on 28 August 2026. To request deletion of a historical login, authentication record or associated email address, contact the Foundation from the same email address that was used for sign-in. Please do not send a password, patient information or other sensitive data.
The synthetic patient-record and staff-portal preview stores no real information. If a clinical records portal is activated later, its retention and deletion rules will be published separately before launch.
